"IQOS Kiss" contest for a special Valentine’s Day!

This Valentine’s Day, become part of the IQOS Kiss contest and compete to be one of the 3 winners to a special prize!

To participate in the Contest, you should be an IQOS user over 18 years of age. You need to send a short text (maximum 3 sentences) via Instagram direct message to iqos_al, describing your experience on how kisses are with IQOS. You can share the story from Feb 1^st to Feb 9^th.

If your story completed the requirements presented in the contest rules below and is selected as candidate for the final voting by the Organizer’s jury, you will be one of the 10 selected candidates. Your story will be published as an Instagram Story in the iqos_al official Instagram account, with a sticker element where the audience can tap if they like your story. This will be considered as voting, which will be active during Feb 10^th to Feb 13^th.

After the voting is complete, the top 3 stories with the highest number of votes (sticker taps) will be announced as winners on Feb 14^th. The winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message and their story will be published as a Feed Post.

Valentine’s Day contest "IQOS Kiss"

By entering the contest, as defined below, you agree to be bound by these Rules.

General conditions

Contest organizer

These Rules contain the conditions for participation in the prize contest called "IQOS Kisses" (hereinafter: "Contest"), which is organized on the official Instagram profile of the organizer of the Contest: https://www.instagram.com/iqos_al/ hereinafter text: "Instagram profile");

Participation in the Contest, i.e. registration, means automatic acceptance of these official Contest Rules. Persons participating in the Contest are referred to below as: "Participant" or "Participants".

Rr. Murat Toptani, Qendra Eurocol Kati I 1000 Tirana (hereinafter: "Organizer").

Conditions for participation in the Contest: Individuals over 18 years of age who are citizens of the Republic of Albania, residing in the Republic of Albania and who are users of IQOS devices can participate in the Contest. For the Participant to ensure participation in the Contest, it is necessary to respond to the Contest's request - to send a short story consisting of 3 sentences at max, explaining their experience on how kisses are with IQOS.

The Participant applies to the Contest through a personal Instagram profile, by responding to the Contest's request. If they meet the conditions, they will enter the Contest to win a prize. Those applications that are in accordance with the tasks and requirements of the Organizer, which are specified in these Competition Rules, will be considered valid. All materials that do not comply with the Contest Rules shall not be considered for the prize.

To participate in the Contest, the Participant needs to send a short text (maximum 3 sentences) via Instagram direct message, describing their experience on how kisses are with IQOS. If the Organizer chooses a Participant's short story text as one of the candidates or one of the 3 prize winners, that text will be published on the Story, and on Feed is the story is a winner, of the Organizer's Instagram profile, mentioning his or her name but without tagging the Participant. By participating in the “IQOS Kiss” Contest, each Participant entitles the Organizer to use all received short story texts submitted during the Contest for the purposes of the Contest, as well as for any purpose, in any manner, and with no limits in time or space for the wining story, without any compensation to Participant who submitted the text.

In order for a story to comply with the Contest Rules, it must meet the following conditions:

• Not to mention tobacco products and/or cigarettes 

• Not to contain any offensive or inappropriate messages

• Not to mention consumption

The criterion for selecting the candidates is the decision of the Organizer's jury, which will select top 10 stories that follow the Contest Rules mentioned above. Top 10 texts will be posted on our Instagram Story and IG Highlight where the audience can vote their favorite stories through Instagram Sticker Taps. The three most liked stories will be selected as winners.

Prize winners will be informed via the Organizer's Instagram profile by sending a direct message on Instagram.

Duration of the Contest

The IQOS Kiss contest starts from February 1^st and lasts until February 13^th. 
Participants can send their stories via direct message from Feb 1^st to Feb 9^th. 
The voting will start on February 10^th and last until the 13^th. 
On February 14^th the three winners will be revealed. 

The winners will be contacted via a direct message on their Instagram profile to confirm the information for sending the prize. If, for any reason, the winner does not claim the prize within 3 days, the right to the prize is acquired by the reserve winner. 

Awards

Prize is a couple massage pack. A total of 3 winners will be awarded.

Liability and exclusion of liability

It is the Participant's personal responsibility to make sure that unauthorized persons do not participate in the Contest using his Instagram profile or direct messages, and the Organizer bears no responsibility in this regard. The Organizer bears no legal responsibility in connection with potential disputes that could arise from copyright and user rights. The Organizer bears no responsibility for the failure or inability to deliver the prize due to deficiencies/errors in the data provided by the Participant (e.g. wrong name, or other data) or for damages resulting from these reasons. By accepting the conditions, the Participant is aware that the content, possibility, speed of transmission of messages, data and responses depend on the technical capabilities of the provider, and thus these elements may be adversely affected by the network load, and other factors, which are beyond the control of the Organizer, such as (not and exclusively) network congestion, coverage, connection errors as well as maintaining a secure connection online.

Other information

Participants in the prize competition expressly and irrevocably confirm that they are the sole holders of all copyrights [moral and property] in the text stories they submit for participation in the Contest. In addition, the Participants in the Contest authorize the Organizer to publicly communicate the submitted text stories free of charge and/or use them in another appropriate way and/or change them, all for the purpose of realizing this Contest. Information communicated by the Participant is used by the Organizer for the purpose of getting in touch with regard to the prizes, exclusively in accordance with the Contest Rules.

If any questions or problems arise in connection with the Contest, additional information can be requested at the e-mail address contact.al@iqos.com. The Organizer primarily wants to resolve potential disputes with the Participants peacefully. The law of the Republic of Albania shall be applicable in the application of the aforementioned Contest Rules. In the event of a dispute that the parties cannot resolve peacefully, they accept the jurisdiction of the competent court in Tirana.

Management and protection of personal data - Information on the protection of personal data

For the purpose of contacting, announcing the winner and awarding the prize, the Organizer will collect the following personal data of the winner: first and last name, address and telephone number of the Participant, as well as the text published for the purpose of participation in the Contest, which is the subject of participation in the Contest, and which is not nor contains personal data per se. The organizer will perform the following personal data processing operations: collection, recording, use, storage and disclosure.

The organizer will process the mentioned personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations to award prizes to the winners of the prize competition, as well as for publishing the winning texts after the completion of the Contest.
