ZAMNA in Madrid Festival ticket - Terms and Conditions

By participating in this contest, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional instructions or rules communicated by the Organizer throughout the duration of the contest.

The contest is organized by the “Organizer,” Philip Morris Albania Shpk (PHILIP MORRIS ALBANIA shpk, “Papa Gjon Pali II” Street, Building no. 12, ABA Business Center, 9th Floor, Office no. 906, Postal Code 1010, Tirana, Albania), and participation constitutes full acceptance of all obligations, rights, and procedures described herein. If a participant does not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, they may not participate in the contest. A “Participant” is an adult smoker who meets the conditions specified below.

Daily challenges will take place from 24 August to 27 August, inclusive.

Participants may take part in the daily challenge posted on Instagram at @iqos.al.

To be considered valid, participants must:

• correctly answer the questions of the daily challenge;
• enter their Instagram username in the required space;
• be an IQOS user.

Winners will be selected from participants who have correctly fulfilled all challenge conditions.

Each participant is entitled to win only once (1) during the entire activity period.

By participating in the contest, participants acknowledge and agree that, if selected as winners, their usernames will be officially published via Instagram Story or Post on the @iqos.al page.

The prize consists of a full package for the “ZAMNA in Madrid” event, which includes:

• Round-trip flight ticket;
• Hotel accommodation;
• Meals during the travel period;
• One entry ticket to the “ZAMNA in Madrid” event.

The prize cannot be converted into cash, transferred to another person, or substituted with an alternative reward.
 All expenses included in the prize package are covered by the Organizer according to the conditions defined for this activity.

The following persons are NOT eligible to participate:
   • Employees of Philip Morris International (PMI)
   • Employees of affiliated companies, partner agencies, and contractors
   • Family members of any of the above-mentioned persons

The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any Participant who:
   • Provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information
• Violates these Terms and Conditions
   • Does not comply with the campaign mechanics or legal requirements

• All rewards are personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be converted into cash or other alternatives.
   • Winners will be contacted using the details provided during registration.
   • Winners may be required to undergo compliance verification.
   • Winners are responsible for providing any documentation necessary to participate in the experience (e.g., identification document, permits, etc.).

Failure to meet these criteria will result in forfeiture of the reward without compensation.

The Organizer reserves the right to change, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time due to circumstances affecting the execution or availability of the rewards. Participants will be informed in a timely manner of any changes.

For the purpose of notifying winners and awarding rewards, the Organizer will collect the following personal data:
   • First and last name
   • Address
   • Phone number
   • Registration data submitted for participation

The Organizer will process this data only for:
   • Fulfilling legal obligations related to the contest
   • Notifying winners
   • Publishing winners in anonymous form after the campaign concludes

Data processing operations include collection, registration, use, storage, and disclosure only to the extent necessary to fulfill the legal requirements of the campaign.
