Gardens of Babylon - Terms and Conditions

By participating in this contest, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional instructions or rules communicated by the Organizer throughout the duration of the contest.

The contest is organized by the “Organizer” Philip Morris Albania Shpk (PHILIP MORRIS ALBANIA shpk, Rruga "Papa Gjon Pali II-të", Building no. 12, ABA Business Center, 9th Floor, Office no. 906, Postal Code 1010, Tirana, Albania), and participation constitutes full acceptance of all obligations, rights, and procedures described herein. If a participant does not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, they may not participate in the contest. The “Participant” is an adult smoker who meets the conditions specified below.

The challenge will take place from 17–18 July.

Participants have the opportunity to take part in the daily challenge posted on the Instagram account @iqos.al.

To be valid, participants must:

• answer the challenge question correctly;
• enter their Instagram username in the required field.
• be part of the IQOS community.

Winners are selected from participants who have correctly fulfilled all challenge requirements.

Each participant is entitled to win only once (1) during the entire activity period.

By participating in the contest, participants acknowledge and agree that, if selected as winners, their usernames will be officially published via Instagram Story or Post on the @iqos.al page.

The prize consists of one individual ticket to the “Gardens of Babylon” event.

The prize cannot be converted into cash or replaced with another reward.

The tickets are GENERAL ADMISSION and will be sent to consumers by email by the staff on Monday.

The following are not allowed to participate:
 • PMI employees
 • Employees of distributors, partners, or contracted agencies
 • Immediate family members of employees
 • Persons who do not meet the age and nicotine-use criteria
 • Persons who have previously been excluded from activities due to fraud / rule violations

The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any Participant who:
 • Provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information
• Violates these Terms and Conditions
 • Does not comply with the campaign mechanics or legal requirements

• All rewards are personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or other alternatives.
 • Winners will be contacted through the details provided during registration.
 • Winners may be required to undergo compliance checks.
 • Winners are responsible for providing any necessary documentation for participation in the experience (e.g., identification document, permits, etc.).

Failure to meet these criteria will result in the forfeiture of the reward without compensation.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time due to circumstances affecting the realization or availability of the rewards. Participants will be informed in a timely manner of any changes.

For the purpose of notifying winners and awarding rewards, the Organizer will collect the following personal data:
 • First and last name
 • Address
 • Phone number
 • Registration data submitted for participation

The Organizer will process this data only for:
 • Fulfilling legal obligations related to the contest
 • Notifying winners
 • Publishing winners in anonymized form after the campaign ends

Data processing operations include: collection, recording, use, storage, and disclosure only to the extent necessary for the legal fulfillment of the campaign.
