UNLOCK “48 Hours of Absolute Drive” – Terms & Conditions

By participating in this contest, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional instructions communicated by the Organizer during the duration of the contest. The contest is organized by Philip Morris Albania sh.p.k. (“the Organizer”), and participation constitutes full acceptance of all obligations, rights, and procedures described herein. Any person who meets the criteria set out in Article 1 (“Eligibility Conditions”) and agrees to participate under these conditions is referred to as a “Participant.” ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS Participation is allowed only for adults aged 18+ who use nicotine products. Participants must have purchased and registered an IQOS ILUMA i device through official IQOS channels in Albania. The campaign is valid only within the territory of Albania and during the official communication period announced by IQOS. 2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS To take part in the campaign mechanics, the Participant must complete the following: Phase One (Till June 28): Purchase an IQOS ILUMA i UNLOCK Limited Edition device. Refer an adult smoker friend to IQOS. Phase Two (29-30 June): 3. Those who have completed the first two steps will take part in the final challenge on Instagram. 4. Log in to the IQOS Club and submit your Instagram username. On July 1st, the 2 winners of the “48 unforgettable hours” experience will be announced. Consumers who have purchased the UNLOCK LE device and have made 5 referrals will automatically qualify for the final phase. 3. REWARDS Grand Prize: The “48 Hours of Absolute Drive” experience in Italy. The winner will receive: A 48-hour trip to Italy curated by the IQOS Community Track experience with a professional instructor Italian gastronomy at exclusive destinations Transportation, accommodation, and expenses covered according to the official itinerary 4. EXCLUSION CRITERIA The following are not allowed to participate: PMI employees Employees of distributors, partners, or contracted agencies Immediate family members of employees Individuals who do not meet age or nicotine-use requirements 5. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER The Organizer reserves the right to: Verify participant data Disqualify any person providing false information Disqualify those who violate the Terms & Conditions Request documents proving purchase and registration Refuse participation that conflicts with legal requirements 6. PRIZE CONDITIONS The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expenses outside the official program are the winner’s responsibility. Winners will be contacted using the details provided during registration. Failure to respond within the deadline results in forfeiture of the prize. The winner is responsible for travel documents (passport, visa if required). 7. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Organizer may modify, update, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time due to external or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of any changes. 8. PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION For the purposes of contact, verification, and prize distribution, the Organizer will process: Name and surname, address, phone number, device registration data, and any submitted participation materials. Data will be processed solely for campaign administration, in compliance with Albanian personal data protection law and IQOS privacy policies.
