ZAMNA Festival ticket - Terms and Conditions

By participating in this contest, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional instructions or rules communicated by the Organizer throughout the duration of the contest.

The contest is organized by the “Organizer,” Philip Morris Albania Shpk (PHILIP MORRIS ALBANIA shpk, “Papa Gjon Pali II” Street, Building no. 12, ABA Business Center, 9th Floor, Office no. 906, Postal Code 1010, Tirana, Albania), and participation constitutes full acceptance of all obligations, rights, and procedures described herein. If a participant does not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, they may not participate in the contest. A “Participant” is an adult smoker who meets the conditions specified below.

  1. ACTIVITY PERIOD

Daily challenges will take place from May 6 to May 10, inclusive.

  1. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION

Participants may take part in the daily challenges posted on Instagram at @iqos.al.

  1. To be considered valid, participants must:
     • Correctly answer the questions of the daily challenge and be among the first six (6) participants to submit correct answers;
     • Enter their Instagram username in the designated space within the IQOS Club.

 

  1. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Winners will be selected from participants who have correctly fulfilled all challenge conditions.
 Each participant is entitled to win only once (1) during the entire activity period.

  1. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge and agree that, if selected as winners, their usernames will be officially published via Instagram Story or Post on the @iqos.al page.

 

  1. PRIZE

The prize consists of an individual ticket to the “ZAMNA” event and a PR box that can be collected at the IQOS boutique in Bllok from 6th of May – 16th of May.


 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with another reward.      

The tickets are General Admission and will be sent to consumers via email by the staff.

 

  1. EXCLUSION CRITERIA

The following persons are NOT eligible to participate:

  • Employees of Philip Morris International (PMI)
  • Employees of affiliated companies, partner agencies, and contractors
  • Family members of any of the above-mentioned persons
  1. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS

The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any Participant who:

  • Provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information
  • Violates these Terms and Conditions
  • Does not comply with the campaign mechanics or legal requirements
  1.  REWARD CONDITIONS
  • All prizes are personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be converted into cash or other alternatives.
  • Winners will be contacted using the details provided during registration.
  • Winners may be required to undergo compliance verification.
  • Winners are responsible for providing any documentation necessary to participate in the experience (e.g., identification document, permits, etc.).

Failure to meet these criteria will result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation.

  1. AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to change, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time due to circumstances affecting the execution or availability of prizes. Participants will be informed in a timely manner of any changes.

  1.  MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purpose of notifying winners and awarding prizes, the Organizer will collect the following personal data:

  • First and last name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Registration data submitted for participation

The Organizer will process this data solely for:

  • Fulfilling legal obligations related to the contest
  • Notifying winners
  • Publishing winners in an anonymous form after the campaign concludes 

Data processing operations include collection, registration, use, storage, and disclosure only to the extent necessary to fulfill the legal requirements of the campaign.
