“Electric Purple” – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the “Electric Purple” competition, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional rules communicated by the Organizer throughout the campaign. The competition is organized by Philip Morris Albania Shpk (PHILIP MORRIS ALBANIA shpk, Rruga "Papa Gjon Pali II-të", Ndërtesa nr. 12, Qëndra e Biznesit ABA, Kati 9, Zyra nr. 906, Kodi Postal 1010, Tiranë, Shqipëri) (“Organizer”). Participation constitutes full acceptance of all obligations, rights, and procedures described herein.
 Any individual who does not agree with these Terms and Conditions should refrain from taking part in the competition.
 
 “Participant” refers to any person who fulfills the eligibility criteria defined below and agrees to participate under these Terms and Conditions.
 

1. ELIGIBILITY

 • Participation is strictly limited to adult smokers aged 18+.
  • Participants must have purchased and registered an IQOS ILUMA i device through official IQOS channels in Albania prior to participating.
  • This Activation is valid exclusively within the territory of Albania and only during the campaign period officially communicated by IQOS.
 

2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

 To take part, the Participant must complete the following actions during the mechanic period:

a. Purchase Requirement

• Buy an IQOS ILUMA i device online or at any authorized IQOS point of sale.
b. Experience Selection

 • Choose one of the five “Electric Purple” dream experiences displayed in IQOS Club and confirm participation.
 

c. Recommendation Requirement

• Successfully refer one (1) adult smoker friend to IQOS using the dedicated referral process before April 24.
 
A successful recommendation means:
 A legal-aged smoker who has never owned an IQOS device registers using the Participant’s referral code and completes the required onboarding steps established by IQOS.
 

d. Qualification

• Only Participants who have fulfilled all steps above by April 24 will enter the final selection round.
 • Each Participant may participate only once, regardless of the number of experiences selected.

3. REWARDS

 Five (5) winners will receive one of the following exclusive “Electric Purple” experiences (as visually promoted):

1. Cargo-Carting 
2. Beats Below Zero
3. Sleep-in Symphony
4. Midnight Mirage
5. The Swiss Dream Parade

Reward includes:
 • Access to the selected experience
 • Event-related costs explicitly covered and communicated by the Organizer

 All other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to personal expenses, meals, transportation (unless specified otherwise), and incidental costs.
 
 Rewards are assigned based on the availability of the selected experience. The Organizer reserves the right to allocate an alternative experience if necessary.
 

4. EXCLUSION CRITERIA

 The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:
  • Employees of Philip Morris International (PMI)
  • Employees of affiliated companies, partner agencies, contractors
  • Immediate family members of any of the above
 

5. ORGANIZER RIGHTS

 The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any Participant who:
  • Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information
  • Violates these Terms & Conditions
  • Fails to comply with campaign mechanics or legal requirements
 

6. REWARD CONDITIONS

• All rewards are personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or alternatives.
 • Winners will be contacted using the details provided during registration.
 Failure to respond within the timeframe communicated by the Organizer results in reward forfeiture.
 • Winners may be required to undergo compliance checks.
 • Winners are solely responsible for any required documentation to participate in the experience (e.g., ID, permits).

 Failure to meet these requirements results in reward forfeiture without compensation.
 

7. CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 The Organizer reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time due to circumstances affecting the execution or availability of the rewards. Participants will be duly informed of any changes.
 

8. PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION

 For the purpose of contacting winners and awarding rewards, the Organizer will collect the following personal data:
  • First and last name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Registration information submitted for participation
 

 The Organizer will process this data solely for:
  • Fulfilling legal obligations related to the competition
  • Contacting winners
  • Publishing anonymized winning entries after campaign completion (if applicable)
 
 Data processing operations include: collection, recording, use, storage, and disclosure only as required for lawful fulfillment of the campaign.
