By participating in this competition, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional guidelines or rules communicated by the Organizer throughout the duration of the competition. 

The competition is organized by Philip Morris Albania Shpk (PHILIP MORRIS ALBANIA shpk, Rruga "Papa Gjon Pali II-të", Ndërtesa nr. 12, Qëndra e Biznesit ABA, Kati 9, Zyra nr. 906, Kodi Postal 1010, Tiranë, Shqipëri) (“Organizer”), and participation constitutes full acceptance of all obligations, rights, and procedures described herein. If a participant does not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, they should refrain from taking part in the competition. Participant is a person who is eligible to take part in the competition and fulfils the conditions specified in article 1. Eligibility stated below and agrees to participate in this competition under these Terms and Conditions (“Participant “).

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY 
  2. Participation is strictly limited to Participants - adult smokers aged 18+.
  3. Participants must have purchased and registered an IQOS device through official IQOS channels in Albania prior or during the participation.
  4. This Activation is valid exclusively within the territory of Albania and only during the official campaign period communicated by Organizer.

 

  1. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To participate in the mechanic, the Participant must complete the steps below:

  • A) Successful recommendation:

1 successful recommendation to a friend who is a legal aged smoker, between February 23rd to March 8th, 2026. Only Participants who successfully complete the recommendation within this period will be considered for the mechanic. 

A recommendation is considered “successful” when: the recommended adult smoker completes device registration AND purchases their first IQOS device through official IQOS channels and using the Participant’s phone number as the referral identifier. Consumers who have completed 10 referrals in 2026 automatically enter the competition.

  • B) Quiz Game 

During the period 2 March – 8 March 2026, Participants will take part in a quiz game available within the IQOS Club platform. The quiz consists of a series of 10 questions, and Participants will be ranked based on both the accuracy of their answers and the speed with which they respond.

All participants need to input a phone number, nickname and 3-digit number to be identified during the quiz completion. If Participant plays more than once, only the first score will be considered. 

At the end of this period, the Organizer will review the quiz results and identify the ten (10) top performing Participants, determined by achieving the highest number of correct answers in the shortest time. These ten (10) top Participants will qualify as finalists for the next phase of the Competition.

The leaderboard for the Quiz Game will be published on 9 March in IQOS Club, and the ten (10) best‑performing Participants will be notified by email, through the IQOS Customer Service team, and via SMS from the IQOS Team.

  • C) FINAL COMPETITION (Co‑Creation Challenge)

The ten (10) finalists selected from QUIZ and those who have also completed a successful recommendation will participate in the final phase of the Competition. In this phase, each finalist must design an IQOS device accessory in a digital game within the IQOS Club and submit their original creation within 10th and 11th of March.

All submitted designs will be published for public voting from 12th until 15th March via IQOS Club. Only registered IQOS users will be able to vote for their preferred design.

The results of the voting process will determine the winners, on the 16th of March through a Leaderboard in IQOS Club. The designs that receive the highest number of votes will be ranked from first to tenth place. The winners will be notified on 17th of March by email, through the IQOS Customer Service team, and via SMS from the IQOS Team.

By submitting their design, finalists acknowledge and agree that the Organizer has the unlimited right to use, publish, reproduce, adapt, modify, display, and distribute the submitted design across its own channels, without limitation and without any additional compensation.

 

Based on this ranking:

  • The two (2) finalists whose designs receive the most votes will be awarded the Main Travel Reward. 
  • The remaining eight (8) finalists will each receive the Match Ticket Reward.

 

  1. REWARDS
  2. (2) winners will receive the Main Travel Reward, which provides the opportunity to travel with the charter of Albanian National Football Team to attend the Poland – Albania match taking place on 26 March in Poland. 

The Main Travel Reward includes:

  • one (1) match ticket per winner.
  • Round‑trip flight tickets departing 24th March and returning 27th March.
  • Hotel accommodation for three (3) nights.
  • Official travel expenses directly related to the trip, such as transfer from Airport to the Hotel (and back); breakfast, lunch and dinner and transfer from Hotel to Stadium (and back).

 The rewards are personal and may only be used by the winners. All other expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant, including but not limited to personal expenses, meals not included in the official itinerary, incidental costs, and any additional services.

  • Eight (8) other winners will receive *ONLY personal tickets for the Poland vs Albania match on 26 March in Poland.
     *Here are not included transportation, accommodation, meals, or any additional or incidental expenses, which remain entirely the responsibility of each winner.

 

4. EXCLUSION CRITERIA

The following individuals are not eligible to participate: 

  • Employees of Philip Morris International (PMI).
  • Employees of the Albanian Football Federation.
  • Employees of affiliated companies, partner agencies, or contractors.
  • All family members of any of the above.

 

5. ORGANIZER RIGHTS

Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who: 

  • Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • Violates these T&Cs.
  • Fails to comply with campaign mechanics or legal requirements.

 

6. REWARD CONDITIONS

  • All rewards mentioned in Article 3 are: PERSONAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH OR ALTERNATIVES.
  • Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided during registration.
  • Failure to respond within the specified timeframe from Article 2 will result in forfeiture of the reward.
  • The Organizers reserve the right to conduct security, eligibility, and compliance checks before allowing participation or awarding any reward.
  • Winners are personally responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visas if required).
  • Failure to meet travel or legal requirements will result in reward forfeiture.

 

7. CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time, including as a result of circumstances or events that may affect the execution, delivery, or availability of the rewards. Participants will be duly informed of any such modifications.

 

 

 

8. MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA - INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purpose of contacting, announcing the winner and awarding the reward, the Organizer will collect the following personal data of the winner: first and last name, address and telephone number of the Participant, as well as the design for the purpose of participation in the competition, which is the subject of participation in the competition, and which is not nor contains personal data per se. The Organizer will perform the following personal data processing operations: collection, recording, use, storage and disclosure.

The Organizer will process the mentioned personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations to award prizes to the winners of the competition, as well as for publishing the winning texts after the completion of the competition.
