Introduction
You have been directed here because you intend to participate in the IQOS Together campaign. X. You are required to complete an online application about your IQOS experience and an online questionnaire, to participate in IQOS events, as well as to participate in an interview if you receive an invitation and, if you pass it successfully, to participate in the global IQOS Together. X event in Athens on September 29, 2023.
About us We (hereinafter also referred to as "us") are Philip Morris Albania, a member of the Philip Morris International group of companies with headquarters in at Rruga Murat Toptani, No.1, Eurocol building, 10 floor, Tirana, Albania
Our key principles: (i) the best decision for any smoker is to completely stop using tobacco and nicotine products; (ìì) minors should not use tobacco or nicotine-based products in any form; (ììi) IQOS is intended for users of legal age who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine-based products; (iv) we do not offer IQOS to people who have never used tobacco or nicotine products or who have stopped using tobacco and nicotine products; (v) IQOS does not represent an alternative for discontinuing the use of these products, nor is it intended as a discontinuance aid; (vi) IQOS is not a risk-free product and it releases nicotine, which is addictive; (vii) however, switching to IQOS represents a significant choice over continuing to smoke cigarettes.
About you You (hereinafter also referred to as "your") are a person who: (i) is 25 years of age or older, (ii) uses IQOS 3 DUO ("IQOS Product"); (iii) is a member of the IQOS Club registered in the IQOS user database, (iv) wants to share his IQOS experience and participate in the IQOS campaign and (v) does not currently have any business ties with us, such as employment or engagement in provision of services.
More about IQOS Together. X IQOS Together. X is a global campaign that aims to offer unique experiences to IQOS users through the organization and realization of events. IQOS Together. X Through events, promotional activities at points of sale and social networks, will offer consumers the opportunity to sign up for the global IQOS Together. X event in Athens on September 29, 2023. In Athens, IQOS will gather over 4,000 users from all over the world, and a total of 20 consumers from Albania will be selected through the campaign. This is an opportunity to celebrate the IQOS community and the positive choice IQOS users have made by switching to this alternative.
IQOS Together.
The X campaign consists of the following phases:
Phase 1 — Check-in We invite you to fill out the questionnaire available at iqos.com and share your IQOS experience. We will review all applications and select those candidates who pass to the next stage of the IQOS campaign, based on the answers you share with us. If we approve you, we will contact you directly to confirm the next step of the IQOS campaign. We reserve the right to use in the IQOS campaign the information you provide us in the application, especially those related to your experience using IQOS products.
Phase 2 — user selection If we approve you, we will contact you to determine your interest, availability and availability to attend the IQOS Global Event in Athens. We will review all completed questionnaires and select those candidates who pass to the next stage of the IQOS campaign. We reserve the right to use the information you provide in the questionnaire in the IQOS campaign, especially those related to your experience using IQOS products.
Stage 3 — interview If we approve your application, we will invite you for an interview. After the interview, we will select the participants who go to the global IQOS Together. X event in Athens. We will inform you separately about the destination, dates and how many days the journey takes. We bear the travel expenses.
In particular, we bear the following costs: plane tickets, taxi from the airport to the hotel and back, as well as the cost of the hotel room including breakfast, lunch and dinner. We do not bear other additional costs, including but not limited to hotel services, services related to the spa center and laundry, extended stay at the destination, visiting places not included in our itinerary and the like. We will give you more information about what costs we bear in a separate notice.

What is expected of you
Ownership of rights
You agree to retain all right, title and interest in all materials created and produced with your participation during the IQOS Together phases described above. X Campaigns (collectively 'Materials'). We are the sole and exclusive owner of the Materials, in all countries, from the moment of production of the Materials, as long as legally possible. You hereby agree to irrevocably assign to us, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all right, title and interest worldwide in all intellectual property rights in and to all Materials, free of debt, claims and other encumbrances. If the transfer of certain intellectual property rights regarding the Materials is not permitted by applicable law, you hereby grant us (as well as our nominees) all exclusive rights to use and use those intellectual property rights without limitation in terms of time, territory and manner of use. You grant us the rights to reproduce , modify, translate, display and prepare derivative works of, publicly perform, display, distribute, broadcast and otherwise use the Materials, in whole or in part, in any way we wish, for commercial purposes, in any intended media for publication worldwide . You agree to allow us to use your name, nickname, references, likeness, pseudonym, right of publicity, voice, live or recorded performances, autograph, photographs, blueberry country, the year you switched to IQOS products from cigarettes and biographical information you provide to us and which are included in the Materials in accordance with our privacy notice which can be found at https://rs.iqos.com. You confirm that you voluntarily grant us the intellectual property rights arising from the creation and production of the Materials, as well as other rights, and that you are free and capable until you enter into this agreement with us. You may contact contact.al@iqos.com for any questions or clarifications regarding your acceptance of these terms and conditions, if you believe that your copyrighted or intellectual property material has been used without authorization or if your privacy rights have been violated or personality. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "Intellectual Property Rights" means copyright, moral rights, database rights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs, patents and rights in Internet addresses and domain names, whether registered or unregistered, which may to be held now or in the future, and all the goodwill associated with them everywhere in the world. Obligations You hereby agree to indemnify us, as well as our officers and staff, against any loss or expense incurred by them as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions, negligence or wrongful act or omission. You hereby waive and forever release, not only you, but also your legal representative, from all rights and/or claims that you have, that you may have or that you may have in the future against us and our contractors, due to all losses, damages, injuries and/or damages that you may suffer directly or indirectly arising out of your participation in the IQOS Campaign, regardless of how those losses, damages, injuries and/or damages are caused, even if they are caused by our fault or error our contractors. You hereby accept and acknowledge that we have no responsibility or liability to you in the event of any cancellation, delay or format change of IQOS Together. X campaign and we cannot guarantee that the IQOS campaign will run as described. You further agree to have no liability or obligation to you in respect of other IQOS Together participants. X campaign. You acknowledge and understand that you are participating in IQOS Together. X campaign at your own risk and agree to voluntarily participate in IQOS Together. X Campaign and you fully accept and assume full responsibility for any such risk, including any risk of loss, damage and/or injury, whether caused by us or our contractors in connection with the IQOS Campaign or otherwise, as well as any liability , both in civil and criminal judgments. General conditions However, these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia and are subject to the jurisdiction of the First Basic Court in Belgrade, Serbia. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time. If we do, we will notify you of those changes. If you continue to participate in the IQOS campaign, it means that you accept the updated terms and conditions. The date at the top of this page indicates the date these terms and conditions were last updated. You may withdraw your consent to these terms and conditions at any time by contacting contact.al@iqos.com or otherwise in accordance with the instructions given to you in our correspondence, but even after such withdrawal, your consent remains valid and in effect with respect to all Materials you provided to us prior to withdrawal of consent. Please note that it may take some time to process your consent withdrawal request, but we will do our best to process it as soon as possible.
By participating in the first phase of the IQOS campaign, more precisely, by sending an application:
- you confirm that the property is 25 years old or older,
- you confirm that you use IQOS products and
- you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
